Misser Returns...

This week sparked fury within certain contingents of the Rangers support. The week starting the nineth of june two thousand and eight saw the return to Ibrox of Kenny Miller. Now this is not just any signing it is one which has controversy written all over it. Miller who already had a term at Rangers went to Wolves three years into his Rangers career, then five years after that was a bosman signing at the Gers arch-rivals Celtic and after one season he upped sticks yet again this time Derby County being his destination. Although one year on he is now back at Ibrox. Becoming the first modern-time player to cross the Old-Firm divide twice.
Some Rangers fans are considering giving back their season tickets, others are willing to accept Miller, But the main thing that leaves fans pondering thought is why when Rangers make profit of forty million pounds plus are they investing two million pounds in a striker who not only has a poor strike rate but also isn't keen on being loyal to a club.
Many will say that fans who give their season book back to the ticket office at Ibrox are purely bigots but some are purely disgusted at the fact Rangers are signing a player who simply isn't good enough. A player which proved that in his three years at Rangers the first time around and also proved it at Celtic.
This deal is certainly one which could see revolts if the player doesn't hit the ground running and even then he will not win over a large majority of the Rangers faithful.

Sounds like a bad career move for him and I wasn't aware that he had re-signed for Rangers so this has been very informative for me

well unfortunately the current game is all about money and the likes of scholes, gazza, giggs, tony adams and such are no longer here. People will make all sorts of move for money, clubs will screw fans over and blame it on player wages and what not. Thats what all this has been reduced to man, one would think when will all this spot but each and every club is responsible for such events and their growth. In these times where celtic can have Samaras and Hesselink, rangers really do need some killer instinct strikers.

We have Boyd who is better than Samu and Vinegaar but we very rarely played Boyd last season. Even then he still was our top goal scorer with 25.

tbh i don't think he is very good and Rangers need to look to spend there money more wisely if they want to be a force in Europe |
