Well it needs more work IMO, there's some work here, but i still think it could be better. first i think the background would be better if it in blue, red doesn't really blend well with the colors of the render. the background looks a bit sharp. a text would add something to this piece. keep it up

i dont like the bg looks dirty, flag is to big for me IMO, and it dosent fits at all, try to add shapes on the bg could be better, rendre could be more blended, brush are alright, KIU!
