I'm pretty new here, but I figured I'd contribute something that could be of interest.
It's the world cup ladder. Predict a Winner and Runner-up from each group, then follow the ladder until you come out with your winner.
I made it so that 3 people could fill out their predictions on the same form (yellow, red, blue), but if there's only one person using it, just use one spot. Anyways, here it is:
(sorry there was previously an error where 'WE' (Winner of group E) appared twice. To correct it, 'WH' should be substituted inthe bottom right. Alternatively, the picture is now correct)
