They aren't bad, mate, all of them need a focal point though to lighten them a bit up, the text on the Bojan one could be better, I think the Hleb one looks a bit too regular, do something more with it. The double effect on Keita ain't bad but it looks too dark. Keep it up

The overlayed colors makes the icons look boring imo. if you removed them the icons would look much better. Also ,the text is pretty bad on the first two.

Colouring and placement is good, try to be more original though and add a bit more lighting to them.
