Mark, all looks great the picture of you is the bomb 
The banner looks great this time, the colours are amazing as is the text fitting and the font itself,
I like the floral brushes in the bg mate and the gradient looks cool,
Only the banner looks a little bit low quality mate

nice design mark mate
firstly your photographs look great and are well used in the design, text in my opinion may be a bit to sharp, everything else is sweet, however i think it would have suited a more colourful background, good job anyway mate KIU looks very professional

Thats sick, two problems, the text on the links is pretty shitty, you need something a bit thicker there and there floral brushing kinda fucks up the flow of the page, get rid.
